Return & Exchange Policy
At Ólea Aesthetics, we take pride in offering high-quality products that support your skincare and wellness journey. To ensure the safety, efficacy, and integrity of our products, we maintain strict policies regarding returns and exchanges.
1. No Returns or Exchanges on Opened or Used Products
Due to the nature of skincare and wellness products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any opened or used items. This policy ensures that all products leaving our facility are in their original, uncompromised condition, ensuring your safety and satisfaction.
2. Return Policy for Unopened and Unused Products
We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations or needs, which is why we offer a limited return window on items that remain unopened and unused.
- You may return unopened and unused products within 10 days of the purchase date for a full refund or exchange, minus any applicable restocking fees (see below). To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original packaging, undamaged, and accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
- All returns must be requested within this 10-day window. After 10 days, we will no longer accept returns or exchanges, even if the product is unopened and unused.
- Restocking Fee: A 10% restocking fee will apply to all returns of LED masks and skincare tools.
3. Shipping Costs for Returns
Please note that customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe and timely return of your items. Ólea Aesthetics is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
4. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return for eligible items, please contact us via email at Info@oleaaesthetics.com. Please include your order number, a description of the product(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
Once your request is received, we will provide further instructions, including the return shipping address. Please note that customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
5. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days of receiving the return, minus any applicable restocking fees. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
6. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable under any circumstances:
- Opened or used products
- Gift cards
- Customized or special-order items
- Products that are marked as final sale
7. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at info@oleaaesthetics.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement or refund, at our discretion.
8. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product due to damage or defects, please email us at info@oleaaesthetics.com for assistance.
